We could get everywhere using a subway station close to the hotel. Units with water sounds during the hole. The food was great and there were a huge variety of dishes in the menu...

The interior design of the room was absolutely stunning. I loved the spacious bathroom and the wooden platform for the beds. The full-length windows added a touch of elegance. The location was also great, with a subway line nearby and just a few stops away from the COEX mall. The new range of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided in the room was exceptional. Any issues I had with the double lock and bidet were promptly fixed by the attentive staff.

During my recent stay at Glad Live, I was impressed with the superb location. There were many stores around, including Olive Young, Starbucks, and a convenience store. It made exploring the area and getting essentials incredibly convenient.

Despite the minor inconvenience of the noise, I found the facilities at Glad Live to be really new, fresh, and modern. The cleanliness of the room, as mentioned by another guest, was exceptional.

The staff at Glad Live Gangnam was excellent and the location was great. Additionally, there was a Buddhist temple just a short 15-minute drive away. The accommodation was conveniently surrounded by numerous bars and restaurants.

It has fashionable and new-fashioned rooms with central heating, a private safe and multi-channel television. The staff are nice and incredible.

Stayed at a boutique hotel in Seoul for Thanksgiving. Loved the spacious and well-designed room, equipped with a big TV screen and a great Bluetooth speaker. The staff was friendly and helpful, recommending and even delivering food for us. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk from the subway station and surrounded by many stores and restaurants.

Though the breakfast spread was adequate, the limited options and no refill policy were problematic. The room's temperature control was also quite inconvenient, as it only allowed for heating and not cooling on warmer days.

The location is perfect as it's very close to the metro. You can easily access the major tourist attraction in this city. The hotel facilities are neat and clean, with excellent cleanliness standards. The staff is polite and helpful.

The room amenities were exceptional, with features like air conditioning, a safe, free Wi-Fi, and a flat-screen TV. I particularly loved the comfortable and cosy bed, and the spacious bathroom with its fantastic rain shower and bathtub. Plus, there was even a Harman Kardon Bluetooth speaker in the room, which was a delightful bonus.
